James Heyden has been a force primarily in the Wisconsin real estate business for over 35 years.  As Founder and inspiring force, he has successfully placed and assisted $340 million dollars in real estate transactions throughout Wisconsin, the Midwest, and nationally.  Consulting and personally supervising all marketing, paperwork, workouts, advertising, and all presentations.   

Apartments, hotels, land, subdivisions, condominium development and conversions, offices, strip centers, lake homes, unique architectural homes, and financing are areas of our expertise. 

Graduate of REBAC Designation Program and Buyer Agency Law.

Apartment Association and Wisconsin Exchangers are a few of the associations we maintain to monitor market conditions.

We help to place smooth transitions into the legal community, which is necessary to complete our transactions.  We investigate and use the most knowledgeable and appropriate attorneys in the area of expertise in your community.  In the Wisconsin area, we use Attorney Martin Greenberg with his 40 years of real estate experience.  He is the author of 10 national books and is an adjunct Professor at Marquette Law School.
